absolutely amazing. the location is unbelievable and the food is delicious. i been there everytime i was in barbados. everyone is thoughtfull and no one thing is missing. the host is a professional guy and really friendly too. is a wonderful experience.

Open for lunch and dinner(two separate menus),this low slung ,veranda-style restaurant on the beach,might just call you back after lunch to do dinner that same day,or call you back from dinner to do lunch the next day!It`s that kinda place.Everyone is friendly,the food is fabulous and the service is on their toes.

We just enjoy our several time in Il Tempio that we called the boutique of the food.Fantastic!!!!we were so happy and in one week we were there 3 times.Such a good meal,location stunning on the beach and service professional.

We are looking forward to go back in Barbados to eat there

Apparently Pavarotti's favourite ... certainly one of ours. The olives are amazing - last time we were there we were served them as an extra and we asked the owner about them We now always look for olives from Puglia. They are huge and the antipasto came with only 2 but as we mentioned them the manager brought us some more!

This is a fantastic restaurant, one of the best in Barbados, the atmosphere is open, warm, and inviting, the beautiful beach location is one of the nicest backdrops one could ask for. The food is utterly spectacular, true Italian cuisine. The staff is knowledgeable and pay great attention to detail, friendly and inviting. A must visit while on the Island, probably a few visits :)

I've been to Barbados over 30 times and have eaten in every top restaurant on the island. In most cases, I have been disappointed except for Il Tempio. I find the quality of the food to be consistant and the atmosphere and setting to be ideal. The antipasti platter is particularly delicious as well as many of the homemade pastas. They have great cocktails and a wonderful wine selection. The beautiful beach setting as well as the choice of music eminating from the bar makes for a perfect evening. Service was friendly and attentive, yet very professional. The owners and chef are from Italy and as a result the food is definitely real Italian cuisine.

We just come back from our holiday and I want to say that the time that we spent in Barbados was wonderful also because we have discovered this incredible place.After two weeks of discrete meals,we arrive to Il Tempio.The food is terrific,the atmosphere so relax and romantic,the service not invadent but so attent.A top place that we will reccomand to our friends.

Having tried many 'quality' restaurants in Barbados we keep coming back to Il Tempio as nothing can surpass it for the quality of the food and service. With a fantastic location to boot,it is certainly a ten out of ten We're already looking forward to our next visit in May!

This restaurant offer the best meal in Barbados.We tried so many resaurant so reccomanded,from the Cliff to the Tides and I want say that the service and the setting was great but the food poor and without personality and taste.Il Tempio is different from all the others,the food is real,fresh,with a sofisticated touch but without the use of easy sauces that cover the taste.Everything was so light and balanced that we spent a wonderful and unforgettable night.The service is friendly but attent and we feel really relaxed.The decor is fantastic and the setting on the beach with candels,so romantic.
