This place is an institution so perhaps you have to a Bajan or a least a very regular vititor to the island to fully appreciate the incredible assembly of so many famaliar, traditional and adopted, Bajan dishes. Accept that the hotel dining room is a bit tatty, get a table on the verandah and enjoy the food.
