I have been visiting this jolly bar for a few years now, everytime I am in Barbados staying at the lovely Coral Sands resort further along this stunningly beautiful stretch of white sandy beach, and it's wonderful! It's a great spot for lunch, and I must put on pounds as its hard to resist their delicious food and fabulous cocktails, try the Mud Slide and Sex On The Beach! Another must try is the fish fingers, a friend of mine who is a local recommended I try them, as fish fingers are not normally something I would eat or indeed order in a restaurant, I was delighted to discover they are chunky gougons of mahi mahi (I think, or kingfish) coated in golden, crunchy crumbs and deep fried to perfection. This with one of Carib Bar's Ceaser salads is total ambrosia! The parmesan crusted barracuda was also beyond devine. Even if you are staying in an All Inclusive treat yourselves to a visit here, with its good value for money food and drink, cheerful wait staff and fabulous view of insanely turquoise ocean you can't go wrong! I'm so glad I stumbled across this bar, well, I don't know if I have actually stumbled into it, but I have certainly stumbled out of this bar a few times, after a few of their cocktails!

I absolutely loved this bar, and the food is amazing. I asked the (very gorgeous) bar tender for his recipe for Rum Punch, but its not the same. Theirs is fantastic. Many fond memories... Can't wait to get back.
